function getMaxValueExclusive(program, target): number | undefined;Read the numeric @maxValueExclusive constraint as a JavaScript number.
Returns undefined when no numeric constraint is stored or a finite conversion loses precision;
throws on numeric overflow. Use getMaxValueExclusiveAsNumeric to avoid number conversion.
