function createServer(host, clientConfigsProvider?): Server;Create a language server whose document access, client notifications, edits, and logging are supplied by the host.
Wire the returned handlers to the language-server connection and document notifications. Call Server.initialize followed by Server.initialized to configure the server and enable debounced compilation. Client configuration is read from the optional provider; this function does not initialize that provider.
